Lemon and Lime oils can be helpful for bringing down fevers and reducing headaches. They are both helpful for your immune system. Lime helps with sore throats, colds, flu and coughs. Lemon can also help reduce muscle problems.
I have lemon on hand and have used it with lavender to help naturally reduce the fevers of my daughters. I use a few drops of each oil on the bottoms of their feet.
